I just logged on to Geico's website to reinstate my policy. I logged on and it said to pay $72 to reinstate my insurance. I put in my card info and paid. As soon as I hit the payment button and it said payment received but my policy was cancelled. So I called them and they tell me they will take care of it. They transfer me to their Florida office and they tell me that they had tried to call me twice to verify my address but my voice mail was not setup, so they couldn't leave a message. My voice mail is setup and has been setup since I got the phone. So I told the lady that I needed that money to get insurance else where and she told me that they would not give it back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told I could not.
