  • MAKE CHARGES TO CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION



    Shame on Geico, We have been a customer for five plus years and recently geico just starting charging us for amounts that were doubled amount agreed upon without notification. When asked to remove us from automatic payments, they insisted on us to pay an additional $363 more if we want to remove ourselves from automatic payment. Disgusted at the blatant way they treated a customer who has been with them for five plus years. BUYER BE WARNED OF GEICO AUTOMATIC PAYMENT POLICY.   • They Took My money without autherazation



    I just logged on to Geico's website to reinstate my policy. I logged on and it said to pay $72 to reinstate my insurance. I put in my card info and paid. As soon as I hit the payment button and it said payment received but my policy was cancelled. So I called them and they tell me they will take care of it. They transfer me to their Florida office and they tell me that they had tried to call me twice to verify my address but my voice mail was not setup, so they couldn't leave a message.   • Fraudulently Taking Money



    I needed insurance(renewal time) shopped around and Geico was cheapest. I put in all my info, verified DL and VIN# went to payment page put in my Credit info and Submitted. BAMMMM next page "Thank you for making your Payment of $331 on your past due balance from policy xxxxxx! Now we will attempt to charge the down payment of $xxx! and so on with their disclaimers."   • Poor Business practice to customer



    My car was broken into for the second time in less than 90 days. I had to pay $1000 the first time it happened, so when it happened again, I knew it would cost me about the same. GEICO picks up the car, over the weekend and then they are calling me for an authorization. I tell the on site rep (Evan) I will not have the monies for a few weeks, he can't handle it, call GEICO.   • Geico changed coverage and denied claim



    I had two separate motorcycle insurance policies with Geico each with different coverage options considering I used one bike more than the other. Geico recommended I combine the coverage to save money. After Geico merged policies I learned that the some of my coverage options didn't carry over because by default Geico maintains the cover of the lesser policy because both policies have to have equal coverage options.   • Lousy Customer Service and Business Practices



    Geico not once, but twice took money out of my bank account without my authorization. The second time they did it was three days AFTER I CANCELLED MY POLICY. Their customer service reps are clueless and none of the people I spoke to knew how to help me. The manager I spoke with (if he really was a manager) was rude, uncaring, condescending and completely unhelpful. I am currently filing two claims with my bank.     In April of 2010 I went on-line for a FREE quote from Geico.com & had thought I opted out from all/any communications from them.     Our car windshield was broken in the evening and we called Geico to report the claim. They told us we could go to any glass company, not the car dealer, to fix it. Since it was evening, we were authorized to get a rental car but I told Geico I wanted to get the windshield fixed that night and they reiterated that we could go to any glass company.     Purchased a policy by phone from geico 11/16/10. Had an outstanding balance of $58.00 from an old policy. Representative informed me that "your call is being recorded and that the old balance would be wiped out because this is what we do in this situation here at Geico."     I had Geico Insurance for 11 years, had a minor rear end, no damage/payout from Geico. I left the country for 9 months, came back and wanted to renew my policy and was told by the company, talked to supervisor, Jessica Inkenberry that I would have to start as a new customer, that would more than double the rate that I payed for over 11 years.     In the last 2 months Geico added 2 drivers to my insurance policy without my permission and authorization. One of them was a roommate that had moved out of state. Another one was my teenage daughter that lives with her father. I have spent hours and weeks getting her removed from the policy jumping thru hoops for documents.     If your customer rear ends another person on the freeway, how can you possibly deny the claim. My dad hadn't changed lanes, he just had to slow down for traffic. GEICO demonstrated discrimination and bad faith in settling my auto repairs after a no fault accident.
After 10 month, my car remains inoperable.
The GEICO Texas Adjustors, denied all repair supplements, and coerced their selected Mercedes Dealership into justifying the denied supplements to avoid related repairs
My car remains unfixed after 10 month of dealing with Geico adjustors.
My plans to sue Geico for Bad Faith Insurance and Discrimination for being Hispanic

We live in a very rural area and my husband was in an accident. Our car will not be looked at for 2 - 3 WEEKS, we can't be without a car for that amount of time!!!! Yes we need to rent a car but for up to 3 weeks! Ridiculous. The unfortunate thing is that I know the car is totaled, the frame is bent and the car is no longer manufactured and parts are few. I would like to get on with my life to buy a new car. The body shop said they haven't seen an adjuster for another accident that happened over 2 weeks ago. I am so disgusted, where are their employees? Our adjuster said that he is working 14 hour days 7 days a week. Just awful. Buy Progressive, they were wonderful, if not for someone in my union pushing me to change, I never would have and I will be going back!!!!

you may sedal if you send some of your worckers to made a estimate ,maybe he can sedal for less many and sabe some money for your costemers. because your body shops are steling money and you charge the consumer.

i had an mainor accident and gaico made abig thing abutit. and they were going to reised my insurence by a100doll a year . I sedal whith the other driver for 300 dall . so I sabe from being charge a100 dall for how many years. so I am changing insurence company.

Can't stand Geico. Our accident was in December, didn't get paid until May! No claim adjuster in Nebraska, they lost our claim in their system, sent several emails, faxes and phone calls with no luck, they argued with our body repairman and we lost our preferred status because of it! Nothing but run arounds and lack of true customer support. They truely don't care, they are only after the money. They begin with low premiums to suck you in...
